Terms and Conditions for our Online Trainings

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Brave Moon Podcasts, a podcast production company ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), and the individual or entity ("Participant" or "you") accessing and using our online podcast training program ("Program").

1. Technology Requirements
1.1. You must have access to a modern personal computer, such as a MacBook, and a smartphone.

1.2. You must be willing to learn and use a few new user-friendly programs and systems, which the instructor will guide you through during the course.
​
2. Time Commitment
2.1. You must be willing to dedicate 3 to 8 hours per week, depending on the tasks and coursework requirements, to actively participate and make progress in the podcasting course.
​
3. Financial Commitment
3.1. You must be willing to invest between $30 to $52 per month in programs and systems that may be required for the course, as specified by the instructor or course materials.
3.2. You must be willing to invest between $200 to $500 in at-home recording equipment, in addition to the personal computer, MacBook, or smartphone mentioned above. The specific equipment recommendations will be provided by the instructor or course materials.

4. Code of Conduct
4.1. You must agree to abide by the instructor's code of conduct, which includes respectful and ethical behavior towards instructors and fellow course participants.

5. Acceptance of Terms
5.1. By accessing and using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Program.

6. Program Access and Use
6.1. Access: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Program, including video lessons, written content, resources, and/or other materials, via our website.
6.2. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program materials for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not distribute or share the materials with others without our prior written consent.

7. Payment and Refund Policy
7.1. Payment: You agree to pay the Program fee as specified on our website at the time of enrollment.
7.2. Refund Policy: Refunds will be granted only upon your written request submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@bravemoonpodcasts.com. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.

8. Program Content
8.1. Ownership: All Program content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and resources, is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8.2. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific results from participating in the Program. Your success depends on various factors, including your dedication, effort, and ability to apply the knowledge and skills learned.

9. Privacy and Data
9.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, which governs the collection and use of your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Program.

11. Termination
11.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at our discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that disrupts the Program or its community.

12. Governing Law
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, USA.
